Hi, I m new to the app. I am diabetic since 4-5months, on metformin. First I was diabetic, after 3 months went back to prediabetic range. Lost track of healthy eating after that. Still on metformin. Currently 1 month pregnant. 90kg, 164cm height. Need guidance for what services would help me.
